However the Traveler, when their race needed them most, vanished, somehow teleporting itself to a different corner of the galaxy outside the Mliky Way around the Greek Dark Ages of humanity. The Veil had pursued the Traveler from Fundament, where they made a temporary alliance with the Hive. Soon, an ancient race known as the Veil attacked, scattering many of the Eliksni and decimating their homeworld.
The Eliksni race flourished, but not for long. And at the height of this Golden Age, they discovered the Traveler, a god-like machine capable of terraforming entire planets, which had left the Hive's planet of Fundament a few years earlier. The Eliksni started to develop spacecraft to travel beyond the stars, beginning a sort of golden age for them. The Eliksni were a fairly moral people, believing in clear-cut, defined versions of right and wrong, unlike more common and modern Fallen. This race soon became master engineers, creating mechanical marvels far beyond the rest of their galaxy's time. The Fallen, as stated, were originally a race called the Eliksni.
The color of the Fallen's skin differs, but most have either brown or pale gray. Fallen warriors usually coat themselves in armor, with the colors of which differs based on the Fallen's house. Most have bright blue eyes and average a height of 6' 2''. The Fallen are four-armed, biped creatures.
